Congratulations to the Plains Boys team on their championship at the Charleston Invite at Eastern Illinois University! Out of the field of over 35 teams, the men scored 45 points, securing the championship over Monticello, who scored 38, on the very last event of the meet.
Josh Cornett was the sole champion on the day, winning by a quarter in in the triple jump with a mark of 40'11.75". Second place finishes include
